DCF filing question
Hi
I am in the process of putting the paperwork together for I-130 for myself and my daughter.
Do I send copies of our previous immigration paperwork from when we were resident. in CA from Nov 2000 to Dec 2004? Should I send a covering letter explaining what happened and why we left the USA before green cards were approved?
I am sure I will have more questions before I actually file.
