DCF Delhi
I am getting married this december, and am in the process of collecting all supporting documents for DCF in New Delhi, even though i am a non-resident USC.
I have been reading the postings in this and other forums, and did extensive readings on the internet. Somewhere i did read that you may be able to submit all documents, in your first DCF walk-in interview, including your packet 4, which you can download from New Delhi US embassy website. This may eventually speed up the process.
I have not yet read any posting indicating if someone has already done this.
It seems to me that it can be done, but the only question i have is - would the Embassy designated Physician, do an examination without the appointment letter?
I'd love to read some responses.
