CR1 Now what?
After I studied the K3 process my I-130 was approved before my K3. I am now trying to learn the next step in this process. So any input is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

What happens now is that the paperwork will go to the National Visa Center (NVC). There's a bit of back and forth with paperwork - NVC sends the beneficiary the DS-2032 (Agent of Choice) and the petitioner gets the I-864 fee bill (Affidavit of support). Once the NVC gets the DS-2032 back from the beneficiary, they will send the person named as Agent the bill for the Immigrant Visa (DS-230).
Follow my timeline below - though I will say that I'm not sure if the country your spouse is in makes a difference in the process. Here's a link I found to be helpful... http://travel.state.gov/nvc.html
Good luck, and congratulations!

I am not sure of what the question is. Do you have the CR-1 visa?
Did you enter the US?
If you have a CR1 and enter the US, you become a Permanent Resident at
the POE. When you have had PR status for 90 days less than 3 years AND
have been married to and living with the USC spouse for a FULL 3 years
AND meet the other qualifications, then you file I-751 to remove
conditional status. When that is approved you get a card that has to be
renewed every 10 years.
