Hi,
I am hoping to hear from Montreal this week regarding my K3 interview
date. It looks like we might only be one month out from going home.
I understand there is two different ways to gain permanent residence
status...one, immediately applying for an AOS and going that route with
my local service office, or two, continuing with the consular process
with my I-130. Is this true?
Which is the best way? Is the AOS route full of possible problems? Is
getting a CR-1 through Montreal easier and less hassle in the end?
Thanks for any thoughts on this. It's been over one year now...
