cple of good houseprice websites
Have posted these on another reply thread and thought that they may make interesting reading for everyone.
The first is www.houseprices.co.uk its a site where it tells you how much houses have sold for - not for the feint hearted.... quite good if you wanna know how much your neighbour has bought their house for
The other is www.propertysnake.co.uk you can search by postcode or area and it will say how long properties have been up for sale and how much they have been dropped by, again an interesting read....

I've used the "sold" prices bit on rightmove.co.uk before to be nosey about what people have sold their houses for!
