I am Canadian, and my wife to be is American. We wish to get married this summer. But
I need to be able to come back to Canada to still work.
I cannot sit there and not be allowed to work and have her support me, I
just am not like that. What steps should I take once we get married to insure that I
can still come back and forth from the US and still be legal. Also some of us were
talking and just wondering if a person filed
for Bankruptcy , would they be declined and type of status that would be
required to enter the US to marry?
