Could you check out my application picture

Hi all

I have my Visa-interview scheduled for february 10th, and I would like
if someone who's experienced in this Visa-HELL could offer me 2 mins
of his/hers time.

When my wife and I filed her petition and my application in
Copenhagen, they said my picture wasn't good enough. I have now had
new pictures taken, and would very much like for you to check to see
if it meets their standard. We honestly thought my first picture did.

So if you have 2 mins, please mail me, and I will send you my picture
as a jpg-file and await your "judgement".

I'd like to thank you in advance.

This is the one thing I am msot worried about with our petition. We got a set of pictures that we thought were too big, then got another set that we thought were too small! By this point, I was annnoyed with it all, so we sent in both with a note saying >'please chooose the one that most suits the requirements". I'm hoping I don't get an RFE for this alone, as I will just scream...

Lars, congratulations on your visa appointment date! You must be getting excited. Many of the Embassies have photographers onsite or nearby that are used to doing the pictures for you. Have you checked your photos against the photo spec sheet the INS issues? (I can't find the link to the photo spce page...anyone, anyone?)
Have you asked the Embassy staff who rejected your first pictures for instructions on how they want them? Every Consulate is a bit different, so I wouldn't be of any help to you if I looked.

Did you read the INS photograph specifications? Just follow this link:
http://www.ins.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/forminfo.htm
When you are there, click on the link "Photographic Requirements" and
after that you'll see a link called "specifications"
