Corpus Christi AOS
After entering the US on a K-1 visa and getting married within 90 days, how do I adjust status. I know the basic steps, but am unclear about what I send as proof of my medical exam, my K-1 approval notice (is that approval from the service center or the consulate in Canada) and criminal record check/fingerprints.
Where do I send this one. I will be moving to Corpus Christi, TX.....so do I send it to TSC or to the district sub-office or some other office I don't know about. Thanks for the help.
