Continue to work using TN while spouse gets Green Card?
 

Both my spouse and I are Canadian Citizens and are working in the U.S. on TN
work permits. We had planned on returning to Canada in 3 months - 1 year
but her HR director just asked her if she wanted a Green Card (she works in
healthcare).

If she decides to go down that path, how does that affect me? Will I be
able to continue to work using my TN or will there be a work disruption at
some point during the process?

You should be OK, but there may be an interruption depending on timing -
talk with her immigration attorney. Timing will be very important.
