Consulate employee misconduct
Can anyone give me the email address of the secretary - visa dept -Consular Affairs
in Washington D.C.? I wish to make a complaint of discrimination against a Consular
employee working at the US embassy in Cape Town,South Africa but do not know whom to
contact in Washington D.C. in this regard.Thanks.

Not sure whether they fall under the jurisdiction of Department of Justice or INS.

The INS is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Justice. The US Consulates aborad are under the Department of State. Two very different agencies.

Hi JJ... What happened? My Fiance was treated poorly at that same Consulate in
Cape Town. I was there and was treated fine. Just curious.
