I am so sorry to hear that! You've been waiting so long, only to find out this. I wonder if your name came up as a match with someone elses name during a security check, or if there is something inconsistent with one of the documents? I hope you can hire a good immigration attorney, it sounds like you will need one to assist in sorting this out.

Please let us know how things progress...I'll be crossing my fingers for you two. (hugs)

Michelle that really is awful. If it hadn't been for the Congress person's intervention I wonder when they would have got round to telling you there were any problems.

I agree with Foly's advice to have a good old heart to heart to see if there is anything amiss. Or maybe it is as simple as you or your partner having the same name as someone else.
