Confused. Is this my AOS interview or... what?
I recently received a notification from the INS advising us to appear on August 22nd
for an interview relating to my I-485 application.
It told us only to bring "evidence of co-mingling of finances and all other INS
documents in your possession".
I haven't heard anything about the Affadavit of Support application which was sent to
Nebraska (by Seattle INS). This notification came from Seattle INS where we submitted
the original package of forms.
They said nothing about evidence of a valid marriage, co-habitation, etc etc that
others have mentioned. There were no other documents suggested.
is this the AOS interview everyone speaks of, and should we just bring all that other
"evidence" in case?
Shannon (filed I-485 etc in June 2001 !)
