conflict of K1 HELP ME
Dear sir / madam hi
I'm 28 Iranian medical physician, my girlfriend is 22 us citizen
(Persian –American) .I live in Iran and she lives in USA, we decide to
marry in next few months.
We have had close relationship since 3 years ago and she has come to
Iran several times during this period we have many photos and mails.
We both check out many official and non official website and learned
about k1 and k3 visa. We prefer k1 and perform our marriage in USA but
we both are completely confuse
Whether k1 visa success rate for our case is high or not? Because
us-Iran relation is not good at this time, we are afraid of k1
failure.
K1 has many advantages for both of us for example she has to go out
of usa one time in comparison with k3 which is 2 time one time for
marriage and another time for interview ,My fiance say there is
no dout that visa will be issued but im in tow minds
. Anyway the question is:
K1 is much better for our connivance , CAN you say what is
average of its success ,I know no one can peridct that for sure but
I mean whats your roughly estimate considering Im Iranian and other
visas are issued so hard? and would you please tell me what i
should to do imean k1 or k3?
After that my fiancé will come to your office for further process
