Hi all,

My wife and I went through the DCF in Sydney in 2000 and my 2 year conditional status
will be up this november I understand that I must file some sort of form in the 90
days prior to the end of my conditional status being up. Is this something major or
just a simple form I can download from the INS and mail in ? All help is
appreciated.

You want form I-751. Search for it on www.ins.gov.
The form contains the instructions you need.

you have to apply form I-751 Petition to Remove the Conditions on Residence . 90 days prior to your expiration of conditional status. you HAVE to apply this and if you failed to do so your status will be trerminated and you will be deported.
