Cold-hearted INS

Maybe the callous American public will now see their perception that green cards are handed out right and left can see a different point of view.

8 p.m.
NBC
Mister Sterling
Episode: Human Error
"Sterling battles the INS to help a member of the janitorial staff reenter the country."

Why not just get advanced parole?

Is it not clear that my question was rhetorical?
