Default Clarification On A Few Things Ahead of the IR-1 Interview

Hi all,

I have collated all of my documents for the IR-1 Interview and have obtained photocopies of all of the "required" documents but what about the additional evidence that I am taking? Do I need to take photocopies of all of those too?
For example, I am taking a bunch of documents to show intent to domicile, our receipt for the deposit on the home we will be moving in to, our application for our daughter's new school etc. These are not on the list of documents they ask for but obviously I want to be able to address the intent to domicile question if it arises. Do I need to take photocopies of those or is it just the documents they list?

Also, when I completed my DS-260, I used my in-laws US address as our address in the US because we hadn't secured a new home of our own. We have now secured our own home so do I need to address this ahead of the interview of just explain on the day that this has changed?

Last but not least, my wife doesn't have any recent US tax returns because she hasn't had an income. I understand that we just need to write a letter explaining that they are missing with the I-864 and why. Is that correct?

Thanks in advance!

Do you need to? No. Is it a good idea? Yes.

You can tell the officer at the interview.
