From my understanding by reading all your previous post, you are not married
yet, and your girlfriend is not even in the US yet. Is she going to come
to the US on a B1/B2 visa, with the intention of getting married? If that
is so, that is a fraud, and is not allowed. If you want to bring her here,
do it legally!

Already married.
She is here.
Our first marriage.
We love each other very much. There is no doubt about that.

Lots of people do that and get away with it. Immigration laws are a
joke in this country.

Hey, I think its no joke.
Lots of people have migrate to other country, beside the USA.
No idea why people here make such a big deal about it.
My good friend, a single mom, got a green card for Canada just like
that from Singapore. She did it last year.
Maybe I should go to the canadian newsgroup and see if people there
are bitching about all the immigration law also .. :-D
