Hi all...received e-mails from NVC that our case is eligible to be processed further
(this is based on approved I-130 for my UK hubby, i am USC)
I am the only one who received the e-mails, though one was addressed to him. We will be getting letters from the NVC in the regular mail then??
As for the Choice of Agent, I am wondering whether or not my husband should choose himself or me? He will be living in the UK until all is said and done, therefore needs to get any info that is sent out. Sorry, but i just wasn't sure if he chose me if that means that i am the only one who will get the info.?
Thank you for any responses!

The agent is the one who will receive information from the NVC. These days it's mostly electronic rather than by post. Some visa applicants do not appoint an agent, others appoint their petitioner as their agent, it depends on their circumstances and their preferences.
There is no one 'best' choice that fits all situations.

Thank you Jeffrey! I know each case is different. I have just read some conflicting info from different places.Since the IV fee needs to be paid from the US, i will be doing this. If he doesnt choose me as the agent will i still be able to do this? If he does choose me, will he still get mail regarding his interview date etc.....?

Regardless of who you choose, you will still be getting the requests for documentation from the NVC as you are the USC. You will be getting the letter re: submitting the I-864 and payment of its processing fee. Your spouse will still get the correspondence from the US Consulate, not you. Not a big decision and as Ian and JEff stated not making a decision is fine as well.

Yes
I'm not sure, but in any case I would hope that his agent will keep him fully informed. Regards, JEff
