Chicago I-485 processing time
I would like to open Chicago INS timeline thread and hear from other
people who have similar timeline (+/- couple of months) .
My timeline is as follows :
Filed AOS in Chicago (marriage to USCS, adjusting status in US from
F-1 ) on August 2001.
RD 08/03/2001
EAD 11/21/2001
FP 02/06/2002
2nd EAD 11/18/2002
On Nov. 27 2002 received response from INS to my status inquiry.
Said I should expect interview letter within next 30-45 days from
the date on the letter.
Still waiting for the interview appointment.
Please post your timeline if you have filed AOS in Chicago. Also
please mention whether you are adjusting from K-1 or other.
