Chicago EAD
Well its 90 days to the day that I filed my latest EAD and no sign of it yet, thank the Gods that my current one doesn't expire for another month. It seems that my application went to the "National Benefits Center" (where ever that is) and they are only just starting to work on EADs from November 23....What happened to 90 days?
I'm not quite sure how I will get my EAD as I am currently using my only time off to close on our house and move. Guess I will have to call in sick some morning and hope I don't get caught, after all I am low man on the totem pole here.
To everyone out there going through similar, I wish you the best.

Unfortunately, they don't guarantee the EAD will be approved within 90
days. They just give you a chance to get an interim EAD after 91 days.

Hang in there. And if you do have another month on the old EAD, you might
want to hang loose for a little while.
