Checklist question (UK)
Hi everybody, we got our first NOA from Vermont last week (hooray) So I
thought I'd better start looking at what I need to do on the UK side.
Reading through the checklist a couple of questions arose, firstly I'm a
divorcee so do I need to take my marriage certificate from THAT marriage,
even when I've got the divorce certificate?
Secondly, I got a £10 fine about 20 years ago for wearing a traffic cone in
a drunken manner.(Drunk and disorderly) This hasn't shown up on my police
certificate which I already have so do I need to disclose this? (I had to
appear in court but not the full blown wig and gown deal, it was more a case
of some bored looking magistrate sitting behind a table)
Thirdly I recall seeing someone mention opening a provisional file with the
consulate. How does one go about doing this?
Thanks in advance.
