changing status from H1 to B visa

Can I use form I-539 to change status from H1 to a B visa? I already
have gotten the B visa. Thanks.

What is your current status? H1B. then yes, you can use I 539 to change status. Your B Visa is irrelevant for this, since you are already in the country. Or you could just eave the country and come back using your B visa. That would also give you B status.
