change of address - your insight please
Please anyone who has knowledge or been through it. I have pending K3/I130 application.
My USC husband is moving out to a new address but still within same state (just few blocks from old address actually). Ive been reading a lot about the process and now its confusing me. Here's my own understanding:
Within 30 days - USC must send form I-865 to INS (CSC - where our
I-130 application was filed). My questions are - what does he need to enclose (docs/letters) together with the form? Does he need to send MSC as well since our K3 remains pending.
