Change of address and Moving
Is there anyone who can help me with following situation.
I have a pending marriage based Adjustment of status application
pending with local INS office.( I-130/I-485).
and the interview is expected in 2-3 months.
If i temporarily move out of state for 4 months, but planning to come
back after 4 months, do i need to transfer my case to the new local
office ???
