I submitted AR11 after I received my adjustment interview notice, and
today (1 month before the interview date) I received a cancellation
notice of my interview which asks me to wait for further notification.
Btw, I moved into a different state, which takes around 2 hours at
least to drive to the original interview location.

My SIL had her interview scheduled, and moved between the letter and the actual appointment, same state, different county, different service center, her and her US husband, attended the interview, when asked if all the details on the app were correct, her husband said, no, they had just moved last week, because the new address was served by a different service center, the interview was terminated and they were told the file would be sent to Orlando who would arrange an interview for her. This new interview took 1 year to come through!!!
