Change of address/Case Status Inquiry request form/A# ???

My wife came here on a F1 visa 3 years ago. We married 14 months ago, and filed for
AOS 13 months ago. We just moved, and wanted to tell the INS of our new address.
THey gave her a form to complete called the "Case Status Inquiry--Request Form." One
of the blanks is for "A#". What is that? I recall asking myself that same question
when we filled out the forms doe AOS a year ago, but I do not recall ever resolving
the issue.

One of the blanks asked if other family members are filing with her? What does that
mean? She is over her by herself. THe only family member who they could mean is me. I
did have to fill out a couple of forms a year ago, but I am an American citizen, born
here. Do they mean me, because I filled out forms a year ago, and I also moved?

Also, what does the "Request File Transfer to" blank on the form mean?
