Default Change of address before wedding.

Hello. I am getting all of the paperwork done for our wedding. Getting all of the apostilles and what not (doing DCF). So all of that paperwork will have my address now. However, a month before the wedding I will be moving to a new flat getting ready for my bride-to-be to join me. So by the time I fill out all of the forms my address will have changed. Is it as simple as getting a notarized letter saying my address has changed? I am getting an apostille stating that the notary is valid, so I think it would be OK.

Any ideas?
