Change of address
Where to send notice about change of address and how this notice has to look?. Any
special form? I live in New York City. I hace a G.C. and as I heard INS require
notice of change up to 10 days. I do not want to have future problems but I do not
know where to send this. Any www links?

Search for form AR-11 at www.ins.gov. It is
recommended to send it with delivery notification or return receipt

This is the link to download the form in PDF format.
If you have the latest version of Acrobat you can fill it out on the PC and print it.
The recommended method is CERTIFIED MAIL, return receipt. USPS will have a record of
delivery for up to one year.
