We are getting married in Ontario.
The LICENCE is obtained before the wedding, then signed that day.
The marriage CERTIFICATE is issued only after the marriage has been registered. This process takes 3 months.
It's my understanding we need the marriageCERTIFICATE to apply for the visa (we're doing a K3), that the signed licence won't do.
How are you getting the CERTIFICATE so fast???
