Default Cant find a Cosponsor

Hi,

I am currently in U.S married to a U.S citizen and have a baby with
her.We got approved for AOS but needed a co-sponsor.INS gave me a one
month time.I only have 10 days and my Father in law refused to be a
cosponsor i dont know anybody else here. What happens if i am not able
to supply a Co-sponsor.Would i be deported.Would my application for
AOS be denied. Will us having a baby affect the situation.I am very
stressed and need help.
Thanks

Your posting does not make sense. You say you got approved for AOS, but also state they want a co-sponsor. If you are questioning whether or not they can deny your AOS, than I have to ask.... is your AOS approved or not?

Hi:

An old rock'n'roll song: "get a job".

If they deny your AOS, they might place you in removal proceedings and you can renew the AOS application there. The Immigration Judge will then say "get a job" and probably string the case along enough so you can do that.

I'm not kidding on this.

Or get TWO jobs or even THREE jobs. What is important to you will find a way to achieve.

Well my interview is done and they beleive that we are not married for
papers and it is a real marriage but to approe the petition and stamp
my passport they will need the Co-sponsor.

thanks

Hi:

Get a job -- a permanent job -- and then you don't need a co-sponsor.

You stated that you cannot find a cosponser. So I imagine your only option is to eliminate the need for one. The two of you should be able to accomplish this if you wish to.
