Canadian Spouse of USC
Hi,
A friend of mine is a USC and her husband is a Canadian Citizen. They have been married for 10 years and living in Canada.
They have recently moved to the US, Can anyone help me and advise as to what forms they need to file, to obtain his green card, and can he also apply for an EAD, while he is waiting for approval, and if so what forms should he use for that.
