Hello group;

I am a Canadian citizen on an H1-B. I would like to bring back my fiancee from
Russia. What is required? Is it easier if we get married in Russia and then can she
come back with an H4 attached to my H1-B?

Is there another option if she comes to Canada and we get married there?

Any other options?

What is required from the Russian side for her to leave the country?

I have applied for a GC, but that will probably take 2 to 3 years.

Many thanks for any replies.

As a fiance she would have no options based on your visa. As a spouse, she would be
eligible for H4 dependent visa, I think.
