can you send your N-400 to NSC while you are waiting for your I-751???????????
i know you can do that with VSC and CSC but can u do that with NSC????
i have been waiting for my I-751 at NSC for over a year and they don't
move .for 6 weeks now and they still process 12/12/2002 and
now they plain to increase the N-400 fee $55
anyone has experience with NSC???

SO THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION IS YES.
IF BY THE TIME OF YOUR N400 INTERVIEW THEY HAVEN'T DONE THE I-751 THE WILL DO BOTH OF THEM AT SAME INTERVIEW.

What does one v another service center have to do with anything?
There are specific requirements for when one can submit the N-400. Removal of conditions is not one of them. Neither is which service center you will use.
Read the Guide to Naturalization on the USCIS web site. When you meet the requirements send in your N-400.
