Can someone give me advice, I'd appreciate it

My boyfriend is in a bind he was deported recently but willing signed his deportation paper. He was told it would be better for him to sign them rather than having a judge throw him out of the county. But has no papers currently.
His parents were living here at times there children were born but for some reason his mother wanted her children to be born in mexico and now all of the children are having problems trying to get there paperwork.

He was brought back to California after his birth and has lived here ever since but had a few dealing with the law as a teenager. And has a 2 felony on him. But now an adult realizes his mistakes but has become a better person. And would like to start a better live for himself. But not sure if he will be able to get his paperwork to come back to the U.S.

We need to know if he willing signed his deportation papers can he ever get his paper work. I've called different places and I get no for an answer. And then tell me the only way would be for us to get married and then I'm told because if his felony record that they probably won't give him his papers anyway.

If anyone has some information that can help please reply.

Go live with the scumbag in his country. You should be deported too.

Hi Raina,

I have a similiar problem. My fiance overstayed a visa and is now with the INS. We are planning on getting married, but I have no clue what can happen. He has never caused any trouble while living here. All I know is call attorneys see what they have to say maybe someone might have answers. Right now we are trying something similiar. quite right Raina - luckily that is not what most people in this group are like - most try to help.

Raina...I back the previous comment....99.9999 % of people onthis website are here to help. It sounds like your situation is a bit sticky..maybe INgo can help..he is very helpful and an asset to this site. As for the dumbass arrogant tosser who thinks he has a right to actually come here and give his useless comments.....well lets just say its people like him who should be deported just for being narrow minded and annoying.
