Hi:
I just filed the k1 visa 2 weeks ago to TSC. Now there is the posibility she might fly to Florida within january. Is there a problem if she comes with her visa when I already filed in for her.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,
My fiance(now husband) visited me while we were awaiting our K1 petition. He just had his return ticket and told them he was here for a visit. He didn't have a problem coming through. However, every POE officer is different. They do have the right to refuse her entry if they suspect she is planning to stay. Therefore, she should bring plenty of proof of her life in her native country if she has it. For example, lease or mortgage paperwork, letter from employer stating she is on vacation and they are expecting her back such and such date. And of course her return ticket. GOOD LUCK
Kat and Chris

That advice is VERY sound.
I recently visited my fiance in the States and I was stopped going
through immigration. They asked me for proof of my intent to return
to the UK and having followed previous advice in here, was able to
show my employment contract, apartment leaseing documents.
The immigration guy asked me why I had the documents and when I
replied that I'd seen it advised in here he smiled and made some
comment about 'We get lots of your sort', stamped my passport and
waved me through.
Good luck

I more question in regards to the Visa. When she applies(my Fiance) Tourist Visa, should she mention that I filed the i-129F.
She soon has vacations, also has assets above the amount required, so denying a visa would only be for immigration intent which she wouldn´t do because we are going to marry once the 129f is approved.
Thanks in advance for your help
