Can my sister sponsor my b
Hi all,
I have a sister, who has a GC. She has gotten the GC because she
has married an americam. I also have a brother who lives in the US. He
has a working visa, and now, he wants a GC. So, i want to know:
1-Can my sister sponsor him?
2-He is trying to get a GC with the company that he works for. But he
is having a hard time. So what is faster, my sister sponsor or the
company sponsor?
3-How long does it take from working visa to GC?
4-And also, i am a electrical engineer, i am living in Brazil, can my
sister sponsor me?

No. She would have to be a US citizen before that would be possible.
And even then, there is a quota, and it takes 12+ years.

No. She would have to be a US citizen before that would be possible.

Only US citizens can sponsor siblings.
Work visa (such as H-1) doesn't automatically lead to GC. Company must
sponsor an employee specifically or GC.
Between a US citizen sponsoring a sibling and the a companay
sponsoring an employee for GC, the latter is faster.

Sister can only sponsor siblings if she is a United States Citizen
