Default Can I just marry her while she's visiting ?

I petitioned for I-129F, and am waiting for NOA2.
My fiance is visiting with B1 visa. Can I just marry her
here now and forget about fiance visa? i am just tired of
waiting for this. What kind of problems can I expect in the future ?

well, it is always possible to marry. the problem is to be able to stay afterwards. of course, after you married you can forget about the k-1 visa. at least in the way that you dont qualify for it no more - you must not be married when you want a k-1 issued. and it might look very suspicious if you try to aos while a i-129f is pending. they are not that dumb - would be hard to convince you did not enter on immigration intend when having a fiancé(e) in the us. but it might just turn out ok, but there is not guarantee for it ...
