Default Can I file petition for my former wife in a way of remarriage to live in USA with me?

I divorced with my ex-wife before coming to USA 6 years ago, and married with a US
citizen. Now I'm LPR and divorced with the US Citizen. So can I remarriage with my
first wife in China and apply LPR for her?

I asked a Law Office, they say my first wife would be denied by the INS for
"immigration tendency". Is this true?

What shall I do if I want to bring my first wife in the USA?

Thanks in advance if anyone can tell me.

They could easily claim immigration fraud, that you divorced her and married an
American to get your green card, and now want to get back with your other wife. To me
personally, it sounds really fishy the way you put it so you can imagine how the INS
will feel about it!!!

Putting aside the fact that it appears that you married wife #2 for a US residency greencard, as a permanent resident if you were to remarry your first wife, the process to bring her to the US would be years. Your status does nothing to preclude your having her join you in the US quickly as you have to wait in line for the quota system to catch to your request. Of course, by that time you might be a US citizen. You are eligible for that 5 years after you divorced your second wife. By divorcing her before you obtained citizenship you can no longer do the quicker 3 year route.

Yes, please do. We want to deport frauds like you.
