hi! i came to the US last august (k1 visa) and got married last september. things
didn't work out and we got separated two days before my AOS interview (which happened
last week)... my husband didn't go to he INS with me, i went alone and they decided
to re-schedule my interview in case my husband and i will get together again. i don't
know if that will happen, but i would like to know if i can get a working visa now. i
have a job and i got used to living in this country, i wish i could stay... if you
guys know what i can do - please, share your experience! i would really appreciate
your help! thanks!
