Can I apply for K-1 visa if I am pregnant from my fiancee?

My fiancee submitted a fiancee visa application in March for INS in NE. I did a
mistake in biography form , included my Mother's current Last Name instead of her
Maiden Last Name. Would INS send a request asking for Information about my Mother's
Maiden Name? What would be best to do in this situation? I am currently pregnant
(with 4 months of pregnancy), what if INS will find out about my conditions reading
our personal letters?
How long does the review usually take in NE?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards, Antonina.

Don't worry about that right now. Innocent mistakes are generally harmless as long
as they don't act to deceive INS. INS might send a request for information if there
is an inconsistency with, say, your birth certificate. But that's really not all
that likely.

A pregnancy for a K-1 applicant is a very positive thing, congratulations. It serves
to establish that this is a bona fide relationship.

I believe three to six months. Your fiance might want to contact his Congressperson
and see if he can help to expedite the case because of the pregnancy (if the child is
born in the US, he would be a US citizen, so that might be a good reason for you to
try and get here before the child is born. The child may still be a US citizen
anyway, but if he is born abroad out of wedlock, that would be trickier).
