hi all
I had my k3 visa interview on may 19 th and a serious of tough time with the consulate finally to get a bad news that our k3 visa application is send back to ins for reconsideration .......our I130 is approved and can we process that ......my wife says we could as she had enquired the immigration
but i guess i don't want to ....as they would deny that as well
any advice would be welcomed

Do you have an Immigration Attorney? i think that at this point you really need one to guide you through this.

It seems the visa is encountering an unpleasured huge delay.

After a lot of information inquiries and searching, we found nothing
we can do except waiting.

It isn't your K3 visa application that's being sent back to the BCIS for reconsideration, it's your wife's I-129f petition that's being sent back.

Whatever the reason that the consulate feels the reconsideration is needed, that reason will need to be considered with regard to her I-130 petition as well.

Any advice would have to depend on what the reason is. You may need to consult a good immigration attorney to get any worthwhile advice.
