can G5 visa do AOS based on marriage?
Hi,
My nephew, who is a US citizen, is planning to marry a woman who is
currently working for a diplomat under a G5 visa that expires in
January 04. They are planning to get married before January 04. If
so can she remain in the country
until her status can be changed based on the marriage.
