Has anyone managed to get through to Vermont on the phone in the last couple of days?
I tried calling last night from about 7pm but it was engaged. I kept calling up until
1 am then started again at 8 am this morning. I have been calling all evening but it
is still engaged so I have finally given up. Is the phone system down or are they
really that popular???

With VSC falling behind in the processing of I-129F's and the multitude of
Section 245(i)/Life Act petitions, I would warrant the phones will be busy for
many months to come.
