Default Bringing proof of marriage?

So I have my interview on Monday, I'm making sure we have everything ,we have remarried nearly 16 years so I am wondering will they still want proof of our marriage? I am taking pictures, bank statements, lease faith us but will I netted anything else?

Your marriage certificate is proof of your marriage. If anything, they'll want to see commingling of your life together.

If you have children together, then birth certificates pretty much seal the deal. Life insurance policies with each other as beneficiary is good; wills with each other as beneficiary... all that is good stuff.

Thanks Ian, yes I will be taking the kids birth certificates, our joint bank acct, our current lease, cards written to us both, photos too. Just want to make sure we have everything a little nervous now, just hoping we have everything.

Albeit that it was nearly seven years ago now, when I went for my immigrant visa interview based on six yesrs of marriage I didn't have to show any evidence beyond our marriage certificate.

Regarding these two statements - generally, if you have children together they don't much care about anything else! You'll be fine!

We've been married 9 years and I wasn't planning on bringing anything really (besides marriage cert, obviously)...I had stuck kid's birth certs in there just in case, but don't really anticipate needing them!
