Default Booking My Medical for the K1 Visa

Hi there,

I have just had my I129f approved and sent the first stage of my paperwork off to the London embassy. So I am now onto the next stage of gathering all of the info I need for my embassy interview. However when I phoned to book in my medical in London the lady said I was missing a code and could not book the medical without it. I gave her all of the codes I have which is my receipt number for the I129 fiance petition, and my beneficiary number but apparenlty I should have another case number which must start with LLD. Does anyone know where I would find this case number? Do I need to try and phone the London embassy to get this number or should it have been sent to me on a form?
Many Thanks to anyone that can help.

When the I-129f is approved, it takes about a month for it to get to the embassy, then the embassy will send you paperwork inviting you to apply for the interview. Whatever number they want should be on that paperwork.

I believe that's LND... short for London. It should be on the information that you receive from London... so you'll have to wait for that before you can book your medical.

You might also try emailing the embassy in London. [email protected] .My fiancee got info from them before we got the official letter. He actually sent them several emails and always got a reply. It's worth a shot. You'll get a responding email at first saying your email was not accepted but ignore that. We got that as well.He always got a response in 3 or 4 days. Don't bother calling the visa service center. It's just a call center in Scotland and not the embassy and they are really not much help. Congrats on the petition approval! You are on your way!
