First thing, I wouldn't listen to your friend. Such requirements as your
'friend' mentioned is something you would do after you get your visa, and get
legally married here with your wife in the USA. Even if you married in Egypt I
think you have to get married here in the USA also to make it legal. You may
be required to show joint bank accounts, and other joint commitments at the 2
year process. Not sure, there may be an interview at that time also with
immigration officials.
Why do you say that immigration think that you married your wife for papers?
When your wife sent in the forms did she include proper documentation from your
country that shows you two got married there?
I am not sure what else you could send them. Perhaps someone else could
suggest.

If a marriage is legal in the jurisdiction it's performed in, it's legal in the US (unless of course, it's a same-sex couple

What consulate are you using? Cairo? Have you already had your interview? Who interviewed you, can you describe them? Did your wife attend the interview with you? Did you already submit the evidence that you mentioned, emails, phone, etc.?
If you haven't had the interview yet, consider having your wife attend with you.
If you have already had your interview and have submitted the evidence you mention, other possibilities might include: letters from your AND your wife's friends and family stating they met you, or attended your wedding or have witnessed your relationship as a couple. Include their name, signature, and contact information on the letters. If you can get them notarized that may help. Copies of hotel receipts for when you stayed together. Copies of wire transfers if she sent any money to you in Egypt.
Even without living together yet you may be able to obtain joint items such as a credit card with your name on her account, health insurance coverage under her insurance, etc.
Bank account and property leases will most likely require your presence in the US to obtain. I am sure there are some other ideas, thinking beyond the usual things. Hopefully, you will get some others from the group. There are quite a few people who have had similar experience with Cairo that may be able to help further.
Best wishes.

First, to the previous poster, a legal marriage in Cairo is recognized by the US. There is no need to be remarried in the States.
Mohammed, we've been through this before. Your WIFE must contact the Consulate either by email or phone and ask what they need to see in terms of evidence. DON'T GUESS. The Consulate will tell her what they'll accept.
For some reason the Consulate has doubts about your marriage. Look at this from their point of view. What could be causing these doubts? Once you see things from their perspective, you'll be in a better position to determine what evidence to submit to calm their suspicions.
As for your friend, these are things your wife can do. I added my husband to my life insurance and health insurance after we were married. I also changed my name on my credit cards and driver's license and passport. In addition, I changed my checking account to a joint account in both our names and we each have a debit card to draw on that account. Copies of all this were submitted to the Consulate with our P3.
On my husband's end, his family owns an apartment building and we have our own flat in the building. I've met all his family and we have mutual friends in Egypt. I have boarding passes and passport stamps for my 5 trips to Egypt. In other words, we tried as best we could to have as married a life as we could under the circumstances. The Consulate has to feel comfortable that you married for love and not for a green card.
I'm curious why we never hear from your wife? As we say in America, "the ball is in her court" now. She has to be your advocate with the Consulate. There is nothing you as the benefiary can do. Is she or has she contacted the Consulate since you received the letter from them? If so, what did they say? Have they issued a firm denial?
As I said before, just guessing at what the Consulate and the Consular Officer reviewing your case want is a waste of time. Have your WIFE contact them and then have HER post what they tell her here.
