Bit of a question re; evidence copies for the K-1 interview...

I think after this i'll finally be prepared...almost :)..

OK so i got my stuff together, which do i need copies of?...the forms? or just the birth certificate etc?

I should've written it down from the first load of forms i got but i didnt think to at the time, so if anyone could help me out i'd appreciate it - unless its best to just copy absoloutely everything...

Copy the lot. Then organise it so that when the offical asks for the paper work you can show the original and the copy. They love organisation.

They take a copy of the following.

B/C & Police cert. Tax returns, letter from the employer and bank statement.

They will want the original of the I 134.

It's good to show the original of everything though.

This is from my London experiance.

Madrid was the same. The paperwork lady loved that I had everything ready to give to her.

I copied pretty much everything apart from personal info which they looked at but gave back to me anyway. They only kept the original I-134 and copies of some of my financial details.
