Cover all bases. Write the letter and highlight it in yellow so that it stands out. Then take the copy of your filed petition and walk into the ASC office and explain to them the reason why you are there. Most of them are quite understanding and will take people without appointments. You have nothing to lose but a few hours, if that.

Thank you very much for your inputs.
Reading other threads and sites, I realized some people get their biometrics appointment BEFORE they get the 10 year card and other ones AFTER. It seems like TSC requires you to get the biometrics done AFTER they approve your case. Can anyone with TSC experience let me know if they had to take the biometrics before their I-751 was approved?
