I knew id get an ass to answer my question...FIRST I LIVE IN A VERY
SMALL AREA,I CANT GO TO immigration photo place anytime im ready. My
courthouse takes passport pictures but they said they dont do
Immigration pictures. CVS Pharmacy didnt do them so they refered us to a
professional photographer which took my picture the best he could and
will recieve them back next week...I asked a simple question if it wasnt
exact say 1/8 or 1/4 off in size would they actually turn that picture
down......before you say why not get it right the first time,i would if
i maybe lived in a major city but im way out in the country..thanks for
not answer my question......

If the professional didn't get it right, he should retake them.
"The best he could" sound really odd since many people that aren't
really professionals seem to have no problem with it. Generally it is
done with a passport photo camera with the head turned.
If it is not in the spec, you might get by. But, then again, it is a
justified reason for rejecting them, and they can be rejected.

I was able to get mine done at Wal-Mart...Yess
I just brought in the specs and they took the pictures like a passport, but with my head turned slightly. It worked fine, because we were approved.
I had actually gone to CVS first and the pictures were horrible, so I tried Wal-Mart.

The UPC (formly Mail-box-etc) stores take them. If there is one near by
you.
