Big question!
If you split up after you have the conditions removed,
is that a crime?
lets say 6 months after removal of the conditions the marriage fails? regardless of who is at fault,
is it a red Flag or something for the USCIS?
there are people all over this site who worry because they might be getting divorced or seperated before the removal of conditions and the majority of you "coach" them to get to the point where the conditions are removed like its a finish line!!
is it really a finish line?
after 4 1/2 years of marriage we split up. though it was irrecionscilable differences, She's bitter enough to try for a annulment for fruadulently using the marriage for a green card.
the same woman who sat in the INS office with me convincing the interviewer on 2 seperate occasions that it was a Bona fide marriage. and it was for love.

Re: Big question!
it is a finish line. ANd 4.5 years of marriage and her sitting at the interviews and telling them that it was bona fide marriage -- you will be fine. You can always turn it around and tell her that if she now says that it was not a bona fide marriage, then she committed a perjury during the interviews, and thus committed fraud, and could be punished.
Other than that, try to make her less bitter, it will be better for both of you in the end.
